Pozidriv or Phillips for a UK wood screw?

UK woodscrews are usually Pozidriv. Tick marks beside the cross mean Pozidriv; a plain cross means Phillips. Mixing them rounds the recess. When is an electric screwdriver enough, and when do you need a cordless drill?

Is a 21 V cordless drill a higher class than 18 V?
