You already run a filter pump
You have a Bestway or similar above-ground pool and a filter pump of at least 2,006 litres per hour. You will spend about ten minutes priming the hose. The Aqua Pristine is the complete kit for pools up to 4.57 metres.
Bestway pool vacuum comparison 2026
The best Bestway pool vacuums, compared.
Top pick: Bestway AquaTronix G100 (BW58864) – Highest score: 30 minutes, a flat floor up to 18 m² and a 1.5 litre bin are printed, with 4.4 from 268 reviews. Charge failures and the steel-wall exclusion stay on the record. Best value: Bestway Aqua Pristine (58212) – About £44.99 is the lowest shelf price among complete cleaners that state a pool limit and have UK review text, once the pump is at least 2,006 L/h. Updated October 2026.
A Bestway pool vacuum on amazon.co.uk is a pump head, a pump kit, a garden-hose kit, a battery stick, or a robot. You usually have a seasonal above-ground pool and want leaves off the liner without emptying it. Quality is the match to that pool, not the star average. It is a flat-floor robot for about 30 minutes and up to 18 square metres. Bestway UK says it is not for steel-wall pools. The [Bestway pool vacuum buying guide](/hub/swimming-pools/bestway-pool-vacuum/sub/bestway-pool-vacuum-buying-guide) matches the mechanism to the pool before you look at the stars. The 58212 is a filter-pump kit: a four-section pole, two heads and a 6 metre hose, for above-ground pools up to 4.57 metres, and only if the pump is at least 2,006 litres per hour. The pole is not in the box, and the socket is about 30 mm inside diameter. The 58013 uses a garden hose, not the pool pump, with a pole of about 2.03 metres for pools up to 3.96 metres.

Which Bestway pool vacuum fits?
Question 1 of 2
Do you already run a filter pump of at least 2,006 L/h?
The best Bestway pool vacuums in detail
Our view
The AquaTronix G100 is the robot in this set with a printed job: about 30 minutes on a flat above-ground floor of up to 18 square metres, a 1.5 litre bin, and a charge of 2.5 to 4.5 hours. The shelf price in the raw file is £151.20, with 4.4 from 268 amazon.co.uk reviews. UK comments praise leaves on 12 foot and 15 foot pools. The same file records a short run, a robot that stops in the middle, sticking on the floor, dust stirred up, and units that stop charging after weeks or months. Bestway UK says it is not for steel-wall pools. The manual wants a dry charge port, filtration off, and a certified 5 V adaptor that is not in the box. One UK review reports use on a steel-wall oval anyway, which is not a compatibility claim. It is the top pick when the floor is flat, the area is inside 18 square metres, and the wall is one Bestway will accept.
Pros
- 30 minutes, a flat floor up to 18 m², and a 1.5 litre bin all printed
- 4.4 from 268, the highest star line in this set
- UK reviews describe a leaf clean on 12 foot and 15 foot pools
- It turns at the walls on a flat bottom, so you are not steering a pole
Cons
- £151.20, the highest price in the set
- UK reviews include charge failures and robots that stop mid-pool
- Bestway UK excludes steel-wall pools
- The 5 V adaptor is not included, and the charge port has to stay dry
Best for: A flat-floor above-ground pool within 18 m², not a steel wall, where you will switch the filter off while it runs.
Less suitable: A steel-wall pool, a sloped floor, or a budget under about £50.

Common questions
How long does the G100 clean for?
The title and bullets say 30 minutes. Charge time is 2.5 to 4.5 hours in the bullets and 4.5 hours in the table. Some UK reviews say one charge covers a 12 or 15 foot pool.
Which pools does the listing allow?
Flat-bottom above-ground pools up to 18 m². It says it is more efficient on round pools up to 4.88 m and on rectangular or oval pools up to 5.49 m.
What fails in the UK reviews?
Praise is for leaves on 12 and 15 foot pools. Complaints are a short run, a robot that stops in the middle, sticking on the floor, dust stirred up, and units that stop charging after weeks or months.
Our view
The Aqua Clean 58282 is a filter-powered head at £16.92 and 780 g, with edge brushes and no pole in the box. The bullets say you fit a pole of about 30 mm inside diameter. UK reviews say it works once that diameter matches, and one buyer had to adapt the socket. The rating is 4.3 from 569. There is no printed pump flow and no diameter cap, unlike the Aqua Pristine’s 2,006 litres per hour and 4.57 metres. A debris compartment to protect the pump is suggested and is not included. The 230 V table row does not name a motor in the head. The price is the lowest in the set, and it suits you only when the pole and the filter pump are already in the garden.
Pros
- £16.92, the lowest shelf price in this set
- 4.3 from 569, with UK comments on the pole fit
- Edge brushes on the single head
- Listed weight 780 g
Cons
- Pole not included
- Socket is about 30 mm; a mismatch needs an adaptor
- No stated flow rate and no stated pool diameter
- Debris compartment is not in the box
Best for: You already have a pole near 30 mm inside diameter and a filter pump, and you only need the head.
Less suitable: You need a complete kit, a battery cleaner, or a stated pool size on the listing.

Common questions
Does the Aqua Clean include a pole?
No. The bullets say you attach a pole with an inner diameter of 30 mm, and that the pole is not included.
Will it fit any handle?
The stated fit is about 30 mm inside diameter. UK reviews say it works once the pole matches, and one buyer had to adapt the socket.
Does it have a motor?
The bullets describe a filter-powered head. A debris compartment to protect the pump is suggested and is not in the box. The 230 V table row does not name a motor.
Our view
The Aqua Surge 58771 is the larger stick at £76.73. The bullets say up to 50 minutes, a 0.54 litre bin, a three-section pole, two heads for flat walls and corners, and pools up to 6.10 metres. The rating is 4.2 from 209. As with the 58649, the raw file has no United Kingdom review body, so the star line is not a set of UK stories. The listing question on whether a charger is included is unanswered, and the table prints 230 V AC beside a cordless description. You pay about £29 more than the 58649 for the extra bin volume, the named pole, and the second head. It is still a manual clean. It does not run alone for 30 minutes the way the G100 claims to.
Pros
- 0.54 litre bin, twice the 58649’s 0.27 litres
- Three-section pole and two heads stated in the bullets
- Pool claim up to 6.10 m and a run of up to 50 minutes
- 4.2 from 209 ratings on amazon.co.uk
Cons
- £76.73 with no UK written reviews in the raw file
- Whether a charger is included is unanswered on the listing
- A 230 V table row sits next to the cordless description
- You still steer it; it does not clean on its own
Best for: You want the bigger stick kit for a pool up to 6.10 m, and you accept stars without UK review text.
Less suitable: You want confirmed UK comments, or you would rather leave a robot on a flat floor.

Common questions
Does the 58771 include a charger?
The listing question is unanswered. The bullets say you plug it in to recharge after use. The table also prints 230 V AC, which sits next to a cordless description.
How big a pool does 58771 claim?
The bullets say a three-section pole for pools up to 6.10 m (20 feet) in diameter, and two heads for flat walls and corners. The bin is 0.54 litres.
Are there UK written reviews?
The listing shows 4.2 from 209 ratings. The raw file has no review placed in the United Kingdom.
Our view
The AquaTronix G150 is listed at £95.93 as a robotic floor cleaner weighing 2.41 kg with a 2 litre capacity. The amazon.co.uk table does not state a runtime, a pool size, a floor shape, or what arrives in the box. The rating is 4.2 from 60 reviews. Four UK reviews are in the raw file: three are short praise, and one calls the runtime poor. One review of a 12 foot round pool says about 30 to 40 minutes, and another says about 20 minutes, then less. Those times are reviewers, not a Bestway bullet, and they are not the G200’s 90 minutes or 50 square metres. Paying robot money here means accepting a listing you cannot match to a diameter or a charge time.
Pros
- 2 litre capacity printed, larger than the G100’s 1.5 litres
- £95.93, below the G100’s £151.20
- 4.2 from 60, with three short UK praise notes
Cons
- No stated runtime, pool size, or floor shape
- One UK review calls the run poor, about 20 minutes and then less
- Four saved UK texts against 60 ratings is a thin sample
- G200 figures of 90 minutes and 50 m² do not belong on this model
Best for: You can accept an under-specified robot, and a 12 foot round pool is the only size a review has named.
Less suitable: You need a printed runtime and a printed floor limit before you spend about £96.

Common questions
How long does the G150 run?
The listing does not state a runtime. One UK review of a 12 foot round pool says about 30 to 40 minutes. Another says about 20 minutes, then less.
What pool size is the G150 for?
The listing does not state a pool size or floor shape. One UK review mentions a 12 foot round pool. The listing questions about all shapes and large pools are unanswered.
Is the G150 easy to use?
The listing does not answer that question. Four UK reviews are in the raw file. Three are short praise. One calls the runtime poor.
Our view
The AquaSurge 58649 is a rechargeable stick at £47.41. The bullets say about 50 minutes, a transparent bin of 0.27 litres, and pools up to 610 cm, with a charge of 4 to 5 hours against a table that says 4 hours. The listing shows 4.1 from 171 ratings. The raw file has no review placed in the United Kingdom, so those stars are not a written UK verdict. A length of 264 cm is listed, a separate pole is not itemised, and the heads are not named. The bin is small beside the 0.54 litre 58771 and the 1.5 litre G100, so a heavy leaf fall means emptying it more than once in a single clean. You steer it yourself. You do not need the filter pump running to get suction.
Pros
- About £47.41 for a stick that does not need the filter pump
- About 50 minutes stated, longer than the G100’s 30 minutes
- Pool claim up to 610 cm
- Listed weight 1.3 kg
Cons
- 0.27 litre bin, the smallest stated capacity in this set
- No UK review text in the raw file, only 4.1 from 171 ratings
- Heads are not named on the listing
- Charge time disagrees: 4 to 5 hours in the bullets, 4 hours in the table
Best for: You want a pump-free stick for a pool within 610 cm, and you can live with a small bin and no UK written reviews.
Less suitable: You need UK reviewer accounts, a larger bin, or a robot you can leave on the floor.

Common questions
How long does the 58649 AquaSurge run?
The bullets say 50 minutes. The table says a 4 hour charge. The bullets say 4 to 5 hours.
What is the dirt bin size?
The bullets say a transparent compartment of 0.27 litres. This is not the 0.54 litre figure on model 58771.
Are there UK written reviews?
The listing shows 4.1 from 171 ratings. The raw file has no review placed in the United Kingdom. Written comments in that file are from other countries.
Our view
The Flowclear 58013 is a garden-hose maintenance kit at £23.99, with a pole of about 2.03 metres, a vacuum head and a skimmer, for pools up to 3.96 metres. It does not connect to the filter pump and it has no battery. Across 7,556 ratings the line is 4.0, and UK reviews praise the net for floating bits while calling the floor head weak. Several say there is no hoover suction. The hose connector is often hard to fit. A 32 litre field on the listing is not a believable bag size. If you wanted the Aqua Pristine’s pump suction, this is the wrong box, even though the star count is the largest in the set. It earns its place as a net and a short pole for a small pool.
Pros
- £23.99 with a pole of about 2.03 m included
- Skimmer net is the part UK reviews keep using
- 4.0 from 7,556, a large amazon.co.uk rating sample
- Sized for pools up to 3.96 m, and the pole comes apart
Cons
- Power is a garden hose, not the filter pump
- UK reviews call the floor head weak
- The hose connector is often hard to fit
- The 32 litre field is not a credible debris capacity
Best for: You want a net and a light pole for floating debris on a pool up to 3.96 m.
Less suitable: You want leaves off the liner with pump suction or a battery cleaner.

Common questions
Is the Flowclear kit a powered vacuum?
The listing says water powered and tells you to attach a garden hose. UK reviews say there is no hoover suction and that the net is the useful part.
How long is the pole?
The title says 80 inches, which is 2.03 m. The bullets say the pole comes apart and the kit suits pools up to 3.96 m (13 feet).
What do UK reviews praise?
The skimmer net for floating bits. The floor head is the part they call weak, and the hose connector is often hard to fit.
Our view
The Aqua Pristine 58212 is a filter-pump kit at £44.99, with a four-section pole, a 6 metre hose, a brush head and a standard head, for above-ground pools up to 4.57 metres. It has no battery of its own. Suction comes from a filter pump of at least 2,006 litres per hour, and the hose has to be full of water before you connect it. Across 1,374 amazon.co.uk ratings the line is 3.6, and the repeated UK comments are weak suction on a small pump, air left in the hose, a bag that clogs, and fittings that need adapting. Some buyers say it cleans once the pump is strong enough. The listing table also prints 230 V corded electric beside a head that Bestway’s manual does not describe as cordless. You stay out of the water while that pump runs. At this price it is the best value in the set if the pump label already clears 2,006 litres per hour.
Pros
- Complete kit: four-section pole, 6 m hose, brush head and standard head
- £44.99 in the raw amazon.co.uk file
- Pool limit printed at 4.57 m, with a pump floor of 2,006 L/h
- 1,374 ratings, so the air-and-pump complaints are a pattern, not a single note
Cons
- 3.6 from 1,374, the lowest star line in this set
- Little suction when the pump is under 2,006 L/h or the hose still holds air
- UK comments mention a bag that clogs and adaptors that do not match
- The 230 V table row does not mean the head has its own motor
Best for: You already run a filter pump of at least 2,006 L/h on an above-ground pool of 4.57 m or less, and you will prime the hose.
Less suitable: You want a battery stick, a robot, or a vacuum that still pulls on a small pump.

Common questions
Does the Aqua Pristine have its own motor?
The bullets say you attach it to a filter pump of at least 2,006 L/h. The listing table also says 230 V corded electric. No battery is listed in the box.
How big a pool is the Aqua Pristine for?
The listing limits it to above-ground pools up to 4.57 m (15 feet) in diameter, with two adaptors including one for skimmer-style pumps.
What do UK reviews say goes wrong?
Repeated UK comments are weak suction on a small pump, air left in the hose, a bag that clogs, and hoses that need adapting. Some buyers say it cleans well once the pump is strong enough.
How we compared
Seven Bestway pool vacuums on amazon.co.uk were scored on 19 October 2026 from the raw listings, the review notes in the display file, and Bestway UK pages for the AquaPristine, the G100 and the 58013 kit. Pool size, runtime and flow are listing or manual claims. This is not a lab test. Review text that is not from the United Kingdom is not scored as British opinion. The highest score is the top pick. Best value is the lowest shelf price among complete cleaners that state a pool limit and have UK review text, after the garden-hose kit is set aside.

Bestway pool vacuum buying guide
Start with the mechanism, then the printed pool limit, then whether you already own a filter pump. Star averages come after those three. The notes below follow the amazon.co.uk listings checked on 19 October 2026. None of the scores is a lab clean.
What is a Bestway pool vacuum?
A Bestway pool vacuum in this set is one of five mechanisms. The Aqua Pristine 58212 is a filter-pump kit: a four-section pole, two heads and a 6 metre hose, for above-ground pools up to 4.57 metres, and only if the pump is at least 2,006 litres per hour. The Aqua Clean 58282 is the head alone. The pole is not in the box, and the socket is about 30 mm inside diameter. The Flowclear 58013 uses a garden hose, not the pool pump, with a pole of about 2.03 metres for pools up to 3.96 metres.
Best for
- Owners of a Bestway or similar above-ground pool who already run a filter pump of at least 2,006 L/h and will prime a hose
- Owners who will not touch the pump and want a 50 minute stick or a 30 minute robot on a flat floor
- Owners of a small pool up to 3.96 m who want a net for floating debris
Not ideal for
- A pump vacuum on a filter under 2,006 L/h, or a hose left full of air
- Anyone treating the Flowclear 58013 as a hoover, or the G100 as suitable for a steel wall
- Anyone reading G200 figures of 90 minutes and 50 m² onto the G150
Mistakes to avoid
- 1
A pump vacuum on a weak pump
The Aqua Pristine manual sets the pump floor at 2,006 litres per hour. UK reviews describe little suction below that, and when air is left in the hose. Fill the hose before you connect it, and fit the debris bag.
- 2
Buying the 58013 as a hoover
The Flowclear kit runs from a garden hose. UK reviews praise the skimmer net and call the floor head weak. Several say there is no hoover suction. The 32 litre field on the listing is not a believable bag size.
- 3
Reading the G150 as a G200
The G150 listing states a 2 litre capacity and 2.41 kg. It does not state a runtime or a pool size. A 90 minute run and 50 square metres are on the G200 store page. One UK review of the G100 on a steel-wall oval is not a compatibility claim.
What to weigh up
Mechanism and printed pool limit
HighThe first split is the mechanism: filter-pump kit, head only, garden hose, battery stick, or robot. The Aqua Pristine stops at 4.57 metres and needs at least 2,006 litres per hour. The Flowclear 58013 stops at 3.96 metres and uses the garden hose. The G100 is up to 18 square metres of flat floor. The 58771 claim is 6.10 metres, and the 58649 claim is 610 cm, which is the same 6.10 metres. The G150 listing states no size. Floor and wall come next. These robots want a flat floor.
UK review pattern
HighPump vacuums in the UK comments fail on air in the hose and on a pump under 2,006 litres per hour. The Aqua Pristine line is 3.6 from 1,374 ratings, and that pattern is why the score stays below the star average of the sticks. The Flowclear kit fails the expectation of hoover suction. The net is the part those reviews keep. Some G100 units stop charging within weeks or months, and some stop mid-pool, beside praise for leaves on 12 foot and 15 foot pools.
Which option suits you?
Three typical situations, each with a recommendation from this comparison.
You want a flat-floor robot
You will not connect a vacuum to the pump. You want about 30 minutes on a flat floor within 18 square metres, and the wall is one Bestway UK accepts. The G100 is the robot with those limits printed.
You only need a net
The pool is a small steel-frame model up to 3.96 metres and the job is floating bits, not leaves stuck to the liner. The Flowclear 58013 is the hose kit UK reviews keep for the net.
Common questions about Bestway pool vacuums
Which Bestway pool vacuum is the top pick in this set?
The top pick is the Bestway AquaTronix G100, about £151.20, with 4.4 from 268 amazon.co.uk reviews. The listing states about 30 minutes on a flat above-ground floor of up to 18 square metres, and a 1.5 litre bin. UK reviews include a leaf clean on 12 foot and 15 foot pools, and also charge failures and robots that stop mid-pool. Bestway UK excludes steel-wall pools. This score is not a lab test.
Which Bestway pool vacuum is best value?
Best value is the Aqua Pristine 58212 at about £44.99, with 3.6 from 1,374 reviews. It is the cheapest complete cleaner here that states a pool limit and has UK review text. You need a filter pump of at least 2,006 litres per hour, a pool of 4.57 metres or less, and a hose full of water. The star line records weak pumps, air in the hose and bags that clog. The cheaper Aqua Clean is a head only.
How much does a Bestway pool vacuum cost on amazon.co.uk?
In the raw amazon.co.uk file from 19 October 2026, the Aqua Clean head is about £16.92 and the Flowclear hose kit is about £23.99. The Aqua Pristine is about £44.99 and the AquaSurge 58649 is about £47.41. The Aqua Surge 58771 is about £76.73, the G150 is about £95.93, and the G100 is about £151.20. These are shelf figures from that snapshot, not a live offer. A head is not a complete kit.
Does the Aqua Pristine have its own motor?
No. The Aqua Pristine bullets say you attach it to a filter pump of at least 2,006 litres per hour. The box lists a nozzle, a skimmer head, four aluminium pipes, a 6 metre pipe and two adaptors. No battery is listed. The listing table also prints 230 V corded electric. Bestway’s manual does not describe the head as cordless. You stay out of the water while that pump runs, and the pump is unplugged for maintenance.
Is the Flowclear 58013 a powered pool vacuum?
No. The Flowclear 58013 listing says it is water powered and tells you to attach a garden hose. It does not connect to the filter pump and it has no battery. The pole is about 2.03 metres and the pool limit is 3.96 metres. Across 7,556 ratings the line is 4.0. UK reviews praise the skimmer net and call the floor head weak. Several say there is no hoover suction. Buy it as a net for floating debris.
Can you use the G100 in a steel-wall pool?
Bestway UK says the G100 is not for steel-wall pools. The listing allows flat-bottom above-ground pools up to 18 square metres. It says the robot is more efficient on round pools up to 4.88 metres and on rectangular or oval pools up to 5.49 metres. One UK review reports use on a steel-wall oval. That review is not a compatibility claim. If the wall is steel, choose another row in this set.
What pool does a Bestway pool vacuum have to match?
Match the cleaner to the pool you already have: diameter or floor area, a flat floor, and whether the wall is steel. The G100 stops at 18 square metres of flat floor, and Bestway UK excludes steel walls. The Aqua Pristine stops at 4.57 metres. The Flowclear kit stops at 3.96 metres. The G150 listing states no size. Above-ground Bestway pools in this hub are set out in the Bestway pool comparison. This page does not choose the shell.
When should you stop and call a competent person?
Stop and get a competent person if the RCD trips, the pump housing is cracked or hot, a lithium pack is swollen, or the liner or wall is damaged. UK mains are 230 V with BS 1363 plugs. Outdoor pumps and chargers want an RCD of not more than 30 mA. That reduces shock risk and does not remove it. Nobody stays in the water while the filter pump for a pump vacuum is running. Adults assemble the kit.
Our verdict
The highest score is the AquaTronix G100, the top pick for a flat above-ground floor within 18 square metres when Bestway UK accepts the wall. UK reviews record leaf cleans and also charge failures. Best value is the Aqua Pristine at about £44.99, the cheapest complete cleaner here with a stated 4.57 metre limit and UK review text, if the pump is at least 2,006 litres per hour. The Flowclear kit remains a net. The G150 remains a robot whose listing states no runtime and no pool size. None of these scores is a lab test.
