A UK shopper typing bamboo plant may want a garden screen, a lucky-bamboo desk plant, or a fake tree for a dark corner. Lucky bamboo is not a grass and will not make a hedge. The Royal Horticultural Society says a clump-former is the safer outdoor buy unless you have space and a root barrier. Judge a page by whether it is live or faux, whether the height figures agree, whether a pot is included, and how many reviews sit behind the stars. How to separate a desk plant from a hedge is in the [bamboo plant buying guide](/hub/hedges-and-privacy-screens/bamboo-plant/sub/bamboo-plant-buying-guide). A search for a bamboo plant can land on three products. A table gift needs lucky bamboo or a short faux. A dark hallway needs a faux tall enough to read from the doorway. That last point is a rule of thumb.

A UK shopper typing bamboo plant may want a garden screen, a lucky-bamboo desk plant, or a fake tree for a dark corner. Lucky bamboo is not a grass and will not make a hedge.

The best bamboo plants in detail

365 Blooming Decor faux bamboo, black pot

Rank 1

365 Blooming Decor faux bamboo, black pot

∼£24

Our view

365 Blooming Decor's black-pot faux bamboo is listed at about £23.89, about 40.6 cm, which agrees with the 18 inch title and the 16 × 16 × 40.6 cm line, at 1.29 kg. The star line is 4.6 from 823, and the listing matches the white-pot ASIN, including model 198168020890, so those reviews are one pool. Several of them describe a black pot, which means you cannot read 823 as proof about this colour alone. The usage line says indoor and outdoor, while recommended use says indoor decoration, and there is no weather note on the listing. Material type is plastic and the container-material line says paper. Reviews call the black pot sturdy and also plastic. It does not ask you for a watering schedule. It is a small table faux when you want the black pot and you will not treat the shared stars as a separate test of this colourway.

Pros

  • About 40.6 cm agrees with the 18 inch title and the dimension line
  • Black pot included, at 1.29 kg
  • No watering steps; labelled water resistant
  • 4.6 on the shared 823-review line at about £23.89

Cons

  • The 823 reviews are the same pool as the white-pot listing
  • Usage says indoor and outdoor; recommended use says indoor
  • Container material is given as both plastic and paper

Best for: You want a black-pot faux about 40 cm for a shelf and you know the reviews are shared.

Less suitable: You need an outdoor trial, or stars that apply only to the black pot.

Common questions

Is this the same reviews as the white pot?

The listing matches B0CFN1W4VN: same model number and the same 4.6 from 823. Several reviews describe a black pot.

Can the listing be used outdoors?

The usage line says indoor and outdoor. The recommended use says indoor decoration. There is no weather note on the listing.

What is the pot made of?

The material type is plastic. The container-material line says paper. Reviews call the black pot sturdy and also plastic.

365 Blooming Decor faux bamboo, white pot

Rank 2

365 Blooming Decor faux bamboo, white pot

∼£24

Our view

The white-pot 365 is also about £23.89 and the same 40.6 cm as the black listing, with an ABS pot and a listed weight of 1.19 kg. The review text is the same as B0CXJNBMTS, so the 4.6 from 823 is not a separate sample of white pots, and comments in that pool mention a black pot. The bullets say no watering, pruning, or sunlight, which is an honest faux care line. The usage line on this listing says indoor, which is cleaner than the black listing's indoor-and-outdoor wording, though the colour field still says green/white. Base diameter is 16 cm. Choose it when the white ABS pot is the point and you already know this colourway was not reviewed on its own. It is a poor comparison if you are adding the two 4.6 scores as if they were different products.

Pros

  • 40.6 cm dimension line matches the 18 inch title
  • Bullets say no watering, pruning, or sunlight
  • Usage line on this listing says indoor
  • ABS pot stated, base about 16 cm

Cons

  • 4.6 from 823 is the shared pool with the black pot
  • Review text includes comments on a black pot
  • Colour field says green/white, not a single white

Best for: You want the white ABS pot at about 40 cm and you will not double-count the stars.

Less suitable: You need reviews that mention this white pot, or a floor-height plant.

Common questions

Are these reviews only about the white pot?

No. The review text is the same as B0CXJNBMTS and includes comments on a black pot. The star line is 4.6 from 823 on both.

Does it need watering?

The bullets say no watering, pruning, or sunlight. The special-feature line says low maintenance.

What pot is included?

A pot. Container material is ABS. Colour on the spec is green/white. Base diameter is 16 cm.

YOLEO artificial bamboo tree, about 180 cm

Rank 3

YOLEO artificial bamboo tree, about 180 cm

∼£57

Our view

YOLEO's artificial tree is about £56.99 with 4.6 from 18 reviews. The title says 6 ft and the dimension line says 90 × 90 × 180 cm at 5 kg, which would make it the tallest plant in this table if the tape agrees. One of eight reviews measured about 160 cm, so 180 cm is what the page states, not what every buyer confirmed. Recommended use and the special-feature line say indoor, while a bullet also names a porch, and the page does not answer outdoor use with a yes. The planter bullet says durable plastic with a matte white finish, and the material line also lists cement, plastic, and silk. Care is dust only. It is the listing to open when you need the most stated height indoors and you can accept a thin review count and a possible shortfall against 180 cm.

Pros

  • Tallest stated size in the set: 6 ft title and 180 cm on the spec
  • Listed weight 5 kg, with a white planter in the bullets
  • Care line is dust only, with no sun claim

Cons

  • 4.6 from only 18 reviews
  • One review measured about 160 cm against the 180 cm line
  • A porch bullet sits beside an indoor recommended use

Best for: You want the tallest stated indoor faux in this set and you can check the height on arrival.

Less suitable: You need a large review count, a confirmed 180 cm, or a plant for the garden.

Amazon Basics artificial bamboo, 100 cm

Rank 4

Amazon Basics artificial bamboo, 100 cm

∼£27

Our view

Amazon Basics lists a 100 cm indoor artificial bamboo at about £27.03, with dimensions 38 × 38 × 100 cm and a weight of 2.12 kg, in polyester and plastic. The star line is 4.5 from 1,753 reviews, the largest count in this comparison, and it is not shared with another listing here. The bullets say indoor use only and wipe clean, and the page asks about outdoor use without saying yes. Reviews describe a plain weighted black plastic pot that people often hide in another container, and they describe shaping the wire stems after the plant comes out of the box. Buyers who mention a dark corner use it where a live plant had already failed, which is the job a metre-tall faux can do. The close-up look is still plastic. In this set it is the top pick for an indoor plant whose height, place, and review count agree.

Pros

  • 100 cm agrees with the 38 × 38 × 100 cm dimension line
  • 4.5 from 1,753 reviews, the largest count in the set
  • Bullets say indoor only and wipe clean
  • Plastic planter included, listed at 2.12 kg

Cons

  • Reviews describe a plain plastic pot that people hide in another container
  • Indoor only, so it is not a patio or hedge plant
  • Wire stems need shaping, and the look is faux up close

Best for: You want about a metre of indoor faux bamboo for a dark corner and a large review count.

Less suitable: You need a living hedge, outdoor use, or a planter you are happy to leave uncovered.

Common questions

Does it need assembly?

The spec does not say. Reviews describe taking it out of the box and shaping the wire stems. One review says assembly was easy.

Keeplush artificial bamboo, 150 cm

Rank 5

Keeplush artificial bamboo, 150 cm

∼£60

Our view

Keeplush lists a 150 cm indoor artificial bamboo at about £59.99, model BAM6-150, with dimensions 17 × 17 × 150 cm and a weight of 3.2 kg. The star line is 4.5 from 92 reviews. The title says six trunks and 1,260 leaves, and the bullets say the pot is cement-filled, which is a more specific base than the plain plastic planter on the 100 cm Amazon Basics. The spec material says plastic, while reviews add that the trunks are real bamboo and the leaves are plastic, so the material sentence and the buyer description do not match. Bullets say no watering and no sunlight, and assembly follows the included instructions. The spec says indoor. Two reviews put a plant outside and were unsure about wind or winter, which is not a weather rating. At the top of this price band it is the option when you want about 150 cm and a heavier base, and a poor default if a 17 cm footprint is narrower than the corner you are filling.

Pros

  • 150 cm agrees with the 17 × 17 × 150 cm dimension line
  • Cement-filled pot, listed at 3.2 kg
  • 4.5 from 92 reviews
  • Title states six trunks, and bullets say no watering

Cons

  • Spec says plastic; reviews describe real-bamboo trunks and plastic leaves
  • 17 cm footprint is narrow for a 150 cm plant
  • About £59.99, and two reviews were unsure after putting one outside

Best for: You want about 150 cm indoors and a cement-filled base rather than the 100 cm plastic pot.

Less suitable: You need a wide canopy, a weather rating, or a price near the metre-tall faux at about £27.

Carbeth lucky bamboo, 4 spiral stems

Rank 6

Carbeth lucky bamboo, 4 spiral stems

∼£20

Our view

The spiral Carbeth pack is about £19.99 with 4.3 from 46 reviews, the highest star line on a live listing in this set. The title says four spiral stems at 40 cm, the bullet says at least 30 cm, and the expected height says 30 cm, so the photograph height and the spec height are not the same claim. One review says the stems arrived straight, which matters if the spiral is why you would pay more than the three straight stems at about £15.99. The spec says 5 pieces against a four-stem title, the same pieces clash as on the straight four-pack. Light and water match the other Carbeth bullets: indirect light, a vase or damp soil, and do not overwater. No display pot is included. Buy it for the shape only when you accept that at least one buyer did not receive spirals.

Pros

  • 4.3 from 46 reviews, the strongest live star line here
  • Sold as four spiral Dracaena sanderiana stems
  • Bullets cover a vase or damp soil and say not to overwater

Cons

  • Title says 40 cm; bullet and expected height say 30 cm
  • One review says the stems arrived straight
  • Spec says 5 pieces, and there is no display pot

Best for: You want spiral stems and you will accept a 30–40 cm range without a pot in the box.

Less suitable: The spiral shape is non-negotiable, or you wanted the height on the title as a guarantee.

Carbeth lucky bamboo, 3 straight stems

Rank 7

Carbeth lucky bamboo, 3 straight stems

∼£16

Our view

Carbeth's three straight stems are sold as Dracaena sanderiana at about £15.99, with 4.1 from 88 reviews. The bullet says at least 30 cm and the expected height says 40 cm, so you should plan for a short desk plant rather than a single agreed centimetre. The pack is stems, not a display pot. A review wished one had been included, and transit water pots show up only in reviews, not in the included line. The bullets say a vase or soil kept slightly damp, and they say not to overwater, which is a usable care line. Light is partial shade on the spec and indirect in the bullets, clearer than the full-sun fields on the Easy Plants pages. The listing asks about pets and does not answer. In this set it is the best value live pack when you will supply the vase and you are not buying a hedge.

Pros

  • Named Dracaena sanderiana, not an unnamed bamboo
  • 4.1 from 88 reviews at about £15.99
  • Bullets say a vase or slightly damp soil, and indirect light
  • Three straight stems, so the shape is stated

Cons

  • No display pot in the bullet
  • At least 30 cm in the bullet and 40 cm on the expected height
  • Pet safety is asked on the page and not answered

Best for: You want named lucky-bamboo stems for a vase and you will buy the container yourself.

Less suitable: You need a pot in the box, a pet-safe plant, or a garden screen.

Easy Plants 3-tier lucky bamboo in a ceramic pot

Rank 8

Easy Plants 3-tier lucky bamboo in a ceramic pot

∼£17

Our view

The Easy Plants three-tier arrangement is about £16.99 with 3.9 from 143 reviews, the largest review count among the live plants in this comparison. The bullet puts the plant at about 25–30 cm including the pot, which is a shelf height rather than a floor plant. The pot is ceramic and the title says the colour is random. Reviews complain it is not the colour in the photo, though one buyer says the seller did send a requested black pot. Reviews also say no care instructions arrived, and the bullets do not give a watering schedule. The sunlight field says full sun, with no care bullet that repeats it. You get a container you can put down on the day it arrives, provided you accept a colour you did not choose. It is a weaker gift if the photograph pot is the reason you clicked.

Pros

  • Ceramic pot included, about 25–30 cm with the pot
  • 3.9 from 143 reviews, the largest live count here
  • Sold as an arranged plant rather than loose stems

Cons

  • Pot colour is random, and reviews say it may not match the photo
  • Reviews say no care sheet arrived, and the bullets give no schedule
  • Sunlight field says full sun without a care bullet

Best for: You want a small potted arrangement today and you can live with a random ceramic colour.

Less suitable: You need the pot colour in the photo, or a printed care card in the box.

Easy Plants lucky bamboo in a glass vase

Rank 9

Easy Plants lucky bamboo in a glass vase

∼£13

Our view

Easy Plants lists this lucky bamboo in a round glass vase with pebbles at about £13.49, about 20–30 cm including the vase, with 3.9 from 100 reviews. The included line names the plant, the vase, and the pebbles, so you are not buying bare stems the way the Carbeth packs are sold. The pieces field says 1, while reviews describe three cuttings of different sizes, so the stem count is a review pattern rather than a number you can quote from the spec. The sunlight field says full sun, and the page asks whether the plant needs a lot of sunlight without answering in the bullets. That full-sun line fights the indirect-light care lucky bamboo is usually given, so do not follow the spec field as a windowsill plan. It suits a desk when you will change the water and you treat the stem count as about three, not as a guaranteed single cane.

Pros

  • Round glass vase and pebbles are named in the included line
  • About 20–30 cm including the vase, a desk height
  • 3.9 from 100 reviews at about £13.49

Cons

  • Sunlight field says full sun with no matching care bullet
  • Pieces field says 1; reviews describe three cuttings
  • 3.9 is a middling star line for a live plant that can yellow in transit

Best for: You want a small live arrangement with a vase already in the box for a desk.

Less suitable: You will follow a full-sun spec, or you need a printed stem count that matches the reviews.

Easy Plants lucky bamboo ribbon, 3 stalks

Rank 10

Easy Plants lucky bamboo ribbon, 3 stalks

∼£10

Our view

The Easy Plants ribbon listing is three live lucky-bamboo stalks at about £9.99, with 3.8 from only nine amazon.co.uk reviews. The bullet puts the plant at about 20–25 cm, while the expected-height field says 35 cm, so the page does not give you one height to plan a shelf around. The title and a bullet promise a ceramic decorative pot in a random colour, yet one of the three written reviews says a glass tumbler arrived, with no soil. The spec says indoor and partial shade, and it leaves the bathroom question on the page unanswered. Nine reviews are too few to treat 3.8 as a settled pattern of how the plant travels. It is the cheap end of this indoor set only if you can accept that the pot line and the height line disagree before you order.

Pros

  • Lowest price in the set at about £9.99
  • Three live stalks named on the listing
  • Spec says indoor and partial shade

Cons

  • 3.8 from only nine reviews
  • Bullet says 20–25 cm and the expected height says 35 cm
  • Title says a ceramic pot; one review reports a glass tumbler and no soil

Best for: You want the cheapest live stems in this set and you will check what container actually arrives.

Less suitable: You need an agreed height, a ceramic pot you can see in the reviews, or a count larger than nine.

Carbeth lucky bamboo, 4 straight stems

Rank 11

Carbeth lucky bamboo, 4 straight stems

∼£19

Our view

Carbeth's four-stem pack is about £18.99 with 3.6 from 27 reviews, the weakest star line among the live listings that have more than a handful of reviews. The title and bullet say four straight Dracaena sanderiana stems at least 30 cm. The expected height says 30 cm and the item type says 40 cm, so the extra stem is not paired with a settled height. The spec says 4 items and 5 pieces, and one review received three stems, which means the count in the box is not something the page has made consistent. Care text still says a vase or slightly damp soil and not to overwater, and the bullets say indirect light while the spec says partial sun. There is no display pot. It is only the pack to open if you specifically want a fourth stem and you can tolerate a short, mixed review count.

Pros

  • Bullet names four straight Dracaena sanderiana stems
  • Care line says a vase or slightly damp soil, and not to overwater
  • Indirect light is in the bullets

Cons

  • 3.6 from 27 reviews
  • Title says four stems; the spec says 5 pieces; one review received three
  • 30 cm and 40 cm both appear, and there is no display pot

Best for: You want a four-stem straight pack and you will count the canes when the box arrives.

Less suitable: You need the stem count on the label to match the spec, or a stronger review count than 27.

How we compared

Scores use the eleven amazon.co.uk listings in this comparison, priced on 20 October 2026. They are editorial, from 0 to 100, and they are not a lab test or a personal trial. A shared review pool is counted once. Price is recorded in GBP and decides the best value award. It does not raise the headline score on its own. Weights sum to 100.

1

Amazon evidence

35%

The star line and the review count, as shown to a UK shopper. A larger count can outrank a higher star average. The two 365 colourways share one pool, so that pool is not counted twice. A line under about 20 reviews is marked down.

2

Listing consistency

30%

Live Dracaena versus artificial, and whether the title, a bullet and the expected-height field describe the same plant and the same centimetres. Height figures that disagree on one page are marked down.

3

Pot honesty

20%

A named vase or planter counts. A ceramic claim that a review contradicts, or a stem pack with no display pot, is recorded as something you must add or check on arrival.

4

Placement honesty

15%

Indoor-only lines count. Indoor and outdoor without a weather note does not. None of these listings is a garden hedge, so spread and barrier depth do not raise a score.

Bamboo plant buying guide

Name the job before the price. Lucky bamboo, a faux tree and a garden clumper are different plants, and only the first two are in this table.

What is a bamboo plant on amazon.co.uk?

A search for a bamboo plant can land on three products. A boundary screen needs a botanical bamboo. A table gift needs lucky bamboo or a short faux. A dark hallway needs a faux tall enough to read from the doorway. The eleven listings here are lucky bamboo and artificial bamboo only. Live Dracaena sanderiana is priced from about £9.99 to about £19.99. Artificial bamboo is priced from about £23.89 to about £59.99. Garden bamboo is not in this table.

Best for

  • A dark corner where a live plant has already failed, filled with an indoor faux
  • A desk gift of named Dracaena stems, if you will supply the vase

Not ideal for

  • A garden hedge or a non-invasive screen. None of these listings is a botanical bamboo
  • A home with cats or dogs if the plant is live lucky bamboo. Dracaenas are poisonous to them

Mistakes to avoid

  1. 1

Buying lucky bamboo as a hedge

The live listings are Dracaena sanderiana, indoor on the spec. A garden screen needs a named bamboo genus. Fargesia pots that appear in search are a different plant and are not scored here.

  2. 2

Fresh tap water and a full-sun field

BBC Gardeners' World says stand tap water for 24 hours and change it weekly. The RHS says fluoride browns dracaena tips. A full-sun spec without a matching care bullet is not a windowsill plan. Do not water a faux.

  3. 3

Reading the two 365 pots as two review counts

Both colourways show 4.6 from 823 and the same model number. Count that pool once. A Phyllostachys labelled clump-forming can still run, and that warning is about garden bamboo, not these indoor listings.

What to weigh up

Name the job before the genus

High

A boundary needs a botanical bamboo. A table gift needs lucky bamboo or a faux around 40 cm. A dark hallway needs a faux you can see from the doorway. If it is outdoor, require a genus. The RHS lists Fargesia, Bambusa, Chusquea, Shibataea and Thamnocalamus as clump-formers, and Phyllostachys, Pseudosasa, Sasa, Pleioblastus and Arundinaria among runners. Non-invasive without a name is not checkable. A runner needs a barrier: the RHS says at least 60 cm deep, ideally 1.2 m. Which?

Height, pot, stars and pets

High

If it is indoor and live, plan on indirect light, a weekly water change, and the pet warning. PDSA and the RHS treat dracaenas as poisonous to cats and dogs. Match height to the room: about 20–40 cm for the live plants and the 365 faux, 100 cm for Amazon Basics, 150 cm for Keeplush, 180 cm for YOLEO. Some pages print two heights. A named vase or planter counts. Carbeth packs are stems, not a display pot. Read stars with the count. Amazon Basics is 4.5 from 1,753.

Which option suits you?

Three typical situations, each with a recommendation from this comparison.

A dark indoor corner

You want greenery where a live plant has already failed. Amazon Basics artificial bamboo at 100 cm is the top pick: about £27.03, score 91, 4.5 from 1,753 reviews, indoor only. Reviewers hide the plastic pot. It is not a hedge and it is not for the patio.

A desk gift of live stems

You want named lucky bamboo and you will buy the vase. Carbeth's three straight stems are the best value at about £15.99, score 80, 4.1 from 88 reviews, sold as Dracaena sanderiana. There is no display pot, and the pet question on the page is unanswered.

A taller indoor faux

You want more than a metre indoors and a heavier base than the Amazon Basics plastic pot. Keeplush at 150 cm is about £59.99, score 82, 4.5 from 92 reviews, with a cement-filled pot on a 17 cm footprint. The spec says indoor. It is still not a garden screen.

Common questions about bamboo plants

Which bamboo plant is the top pick?
The top pick is Amazon Basics artificial bamboo at 100 cm, about £27.03. It scores 91, the highest here, with 4.5 from 1,753 reviews that are not shared with another listing in this set. The bullets say indoor use only. Reviews describe a plain plastic pot that people hide, and wire stems that need shaping. It is not a hedge. Best value is Carbeth's three straight Dracaena sanderiana stems at about £15.99, 4.1 from 88 reviews, if you will add a vase. That listing does not answer the pet question.
How much does a bamboo plant cost on amazon.co.uk?
In this set, live lucky bamboo runs from about £9.99 to about £19.99. Artificial bamboo runs from about £23.89 for the 40.6 cm 365 pots to about £27.03 for Amazon Basics at 100 cm, then about £56.99 to about £59.99 for the taller faux trees. These are amazon.co.uk shelf prices from 20 October 2026 and can move. A young Fargesia is a different plant and is not in these eleven listings.
Is lucky bamboo a garden hedge?
No. The live plants here are Dracaena sanderiana. Carbeth's bullets name a dracaena, not a grass, and the listings are indoor. A boundary screen needs a botanical bamboo: a clump-former such as Fargesia, or a runner such as Phyllostachys only with a root barrier. The Royal Horticultural Society lists those genera separately. None of these eleven listings is that plant. If the job is a hedge, start with the hedge plants comparison.
What is the difference between clumping and running bamboo?
Clump-formers, including Fargesia, Bambusa, Chusquea, Shibataea and Thamnocalamus, stay in a tighter stool. Runners, including Phyllostachys, Pseudosasa, Sasa, Pleioblastus and Arundinaria, spread by rhizomes. The RHS says a clump-former is the safer buy unless you have space and a barrier. Which? warns that Phyllostachys sold as clump-forming can still run. A non-invasive label without a genus is not checkable. Genera and barrier depth are set out in clumping or running bamboo.
Is lucky bamboo poisonous to pets?
PDSA and the RHS treat dracaenas as poisonous to cats and dogs. Lucky bamboo is Dracaena sanderiana, so do not treat it as a pet-safe grass. Several Carbeth listings ask about pets and do not answer. If a pet has chewed a stem, phone a vet. An artificial plant avoids that plant toxin, but a pet can still chew plastic or wire. This comparison did not run a pet-safety test, and it does not say any listing here is safe around animals.
How do you care for lucky bamboo?
BBC Gardeners' World puts lucky bamboo in bright indirect light, at about 16–24°C and not below 10°C, in about 5 cm of water. Use rainwater, or tap water that has stood for 24 hours, and change it weekly. The RHS says fluoride in tap water browns dracaena tips. Do not follow a full-sun field when the bullets do not repeat it. Do not water a faux bamboo.
Do the two 365 pots have separate reviews?
No. The black pot, B0CXJNBMTS, and the white pot, B0CFN1W4VN, both show 4.6 from 823, the same model number 198168020890, and the same review text. Comments in that pool mention a black pot, so 823 is not a separate test of the white pot. Count that pool once. Amazon Basics, at 4.5 from 1,753, is a different listing and is not part of that shared pool. Adding the two 4.6 scores together would double-count one set of reviews.
Is planting bamboo illegal in the UK?
Planting bamboo is not described as a crime under the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981. A Housing Ombudsman decision says it is not classed as an invasive species under that Act. Spread that damages a neighbour can still be private nuisance, not a promise of compensation. In England and Wales a high hedge is a line of two or more evergreens over 2 metres that blocks light or access. That part of the Anti-social Behaviour Act 2003 does not cover roots. Scotland and Northern Ireland have their own Acts.

Our verdict

The top pick is Amazon Basics artificial bamboo, 100 cm, at about £27.03. It scores 91 because the stated height, the indoor-only line and 4.5 from 1,753 reviews agree, and that review pool is not shared with another listing here. The plastic pot is what reviewers hide, and it is not a hedge. Best value is Carbeth lucky bamboo, three straight stems, at about £15.99. The bullets name Dracaena sanderiana and vase-or-damp-soil care, with 4.1 from 88 reviews. There is no display pot, and the pet question on the page is unanswered.
