Einhell cordless tyre inflator

Updated: 21.10.2026

Four handheld Einhell listings overlap, and none includes a battery. This page picks the CE-CC when you only need a car inflator, a PRESSITO when you also want low pressure and deflate, and the hybrid when you want a cable at home. A workshop receiver is the wrong tool unless you later need stored air. The [Einhell compressor comparison](/hub/compressors/einhell-compressor) is the full set. We did not time a tyre. What these Einhell inflators will and will not do

These four set a target and stop. They do not store air for a nailer. Einhell’s PRESSITO 18/21 page states a tank of 0 litres. Maximum pressure is 11 bar on the CE-CC, the 18/25 and the hybrid, and 10.5 bar on the 18/21. A car tyre near 2.2 bar is a fraction of that ceiling. Free air falls as pressure rises. Einhell states 12, 10 and 8 litres a minute at 0, 4 and 7 bar for the CE-CC, and 14, 9 and 6 for the 18/21. The hybrid’s UK page states 19, 12 and 10. At 7 bar you are on the smaller figure. That finishes a car tyre. It is not a spray gun.

CE-CC, PRESSITO or hybrid

Take the CE-CC 18 Li-Solo, B09G2RMPSS, at £46.99 and 4.7 from 3,760 reviews, when the job is car, cycle and ball inflation and you already own an 18 V pack. It weighs 0.76 kg. The gauge can read a bit off. One reviewer would not use it on tyres bigger than an SUV. The battery is not included. This is the value pick on the best Einhell compressor page only if the pack is already yours. Take the PRESSITO 18/21, B09NNX6NMV, at £59.99 and 4.6 from 831 reviews, when you want high pressure, low pressure and suction. One gauge stopped after about 14 months and then read only bar. The amazon raw contains a chainsaw bullet and a 2 litre tank field. Trust the Einhell page, which states 0 litres. Take the PRESSITO 18/25 at £59.98 and 4.7 from 565 reviews for a 71 cm high-pressure hose and a 1.6 m low-pressure hose. Ignore the 125 litre tank field and the hammer-drill bullet. Delivery is not stated as a usable figure. Take the hybrid, B0C65P5GYD, at £84.98 and 4.6 from 308 reviews, when you want a 250 cm cable at the bench and an 18 V pack away from the house. It still excludes the battery. The sound level is 71.3 dB, with no LpA or LWA. Einhell states 240 V on the cable. One UK review could not set 0.5 psi steps.

Set the placard pressure, not the sidewall

The number you set is the cold pressure on the vehicle placard, not the maximum on the sidewall, and not 11 bar. Ford’s UK how-to points you to the driver’s door or the fuel flap. Front and rear often differ. About 14.5 psi is 1 bar. Use that as scale, not as a target. Set the display to the placard’s unit. On the CE-CC, cross-check a doubted gauge. On the hybrid, finish with a separate gauge if the step skips a half-psi. Deflating is the PRESSITO’s extra. Low-pressure suction is for mattresses. A sports ball uses the needle.

When a tyre inflator is the wrong Einhell

Leave this page if the tool needs air already in a tank. A nailer, a blow gun that must work after the pump stops, or a spray gun is a receiver. The 24 litre silent model and the 50 litre are on the buying guide. The 5 litre and 6 litre cordless tanks inflate a tyre and then run out in seconds if you blast rust. Leave as well if you have no Power X-Change battery and will not buy one. The hybrid’s cable is the only lead among the four.

Common questions

Should I buy the CE-CC or a PRESSITO for car tyres?
Buy the CE-CC if car, bike and ball inflation is the whole job and you own an 18 V pack. It is £46.99, 0.76 kg, and 4.7 from 3,760 reviews. Buy a PRESSITO if you also deflate mattresses or kayaks. The 18/21 has the clearer free-air figures. The 18/25 adds the longer low-pressure hose and a 125 litre tank field you should ignore.
Is a battery in the box?
No, on all four. The charger is not included either. The hybrid still includes a 250 cm mains cable. A kit price at another retailer is not the amazon body-only price of these ASINs.
Do I set bar, psi or kPa?
Set the unit on the vehicle placard, cold. The displays can show all three. About 14.5 psi is 1 bar, which is a conversion, not a target. The sidewall maximum is not the recommended pressure. Front and rear can differ.
What is the hybrid for?
It runs from the 250 cm cable at home or from an 18 V pack away from a socket. It is £84.98 and 4.6 from 308 reviews. The battery is still extra. PSI steps can miss a half-psi placard figure.
Can I deflate an air bed?
Yes, with a PRESSITO. The 18/21, the 18/25 and the hybrid list low-pressure suction. The CE-CC has a ball needle and a bicycle valve. It is not the deflate tool. Watch the mattress so you do not pull the seams in.
Why does one listing mention a chainsaw?
The 18/21 raw contains a chainsaw bullet and a 2 litre tank field. The 18/25 raw contains a hammer-drill bullet and a 125 litre tank field. Those are scrape conflicts. The Einhell pages describe handheld pumps with no receiver.
When do I need a tank compressor instead?
When the tool needs a stored blast: a nailer, a blow gun after the pump stops, or a spray gun. A 24 litre or 50 litre receiver is the next fork, at a different price, a different noise, and often a different plug question.
