Top pick on this shelf

Superfresco Pure White, model 10-014, is the top pick because the hang lines and the match lines agree, and 309 reviews is the largest count. The bullets say paste the paper, and the installation field says the same. The pattern is a straight match every 32 cm. amazon.co.uk shows 4.3 from 309 reviews, at about £11.99. The comparison label is Testsieger, which in the text means the top pick. The listing score is 72, arithmetic on the page, not a workshop trial. The material field says paper while a bullet says expanded vinyl. Pattern and hang method without a named roll are on the paintable wallpaper buying guide.

Who should skip it

Skip Superfresco Pure White if a torn length would stop the job. Several of the 309 reviews say the sheet rips when wet. The listing prints no soak time. Those minutes belong on the insert and on the how to hang paintable wallpaper page. A field of 52459.88 is not a usable cover for a 52 cm by 10 m sheet. A dry ceiling sits on the paintable wallpaper for ceilings page.

Best value

The Sherwood stripe is the best value at about £8.33, with 4.5 from 307 reviews. The comparison label is Preis-Leistungs-Tipp. The bullets give a 0 cm free match on a 10 m by 0.53 m roll of about 5.32 m². The application field says peel and stick, but the bullets do not. Several reviews say the sheet rips when wet. Sherwood and Kinver both score 67 under £9 with at least 80 reviews. Kinver is about £8.51 from 84 reviews. Sherwood is cheaper, with the larger sample. The brand field says YöL, not Anaglypta.

The other rolls

Anaglypta Kinver, about £8.51, scores 67. The bullets say paste the paper and a straight match. The installation type says non-pasted, and coverage of 530 m² cannot come from the roll. Anaglypta Argo, about £9.51 from 108 reviews, also scores 67 and sits outside the under-£9 rule. Anaglypta Buckingham, about £8.98 from 227 reviews, scores 64 because the bullets say paste the paper and the installation type says pre-pasted. Sophie Laurence RD8122 is about £7.95 with one review and a score of 55.

Common questions

Which roll is the top pick, and why is the score 72?
Graham & Brown Superfresco Pure White is the top pick at about £11.99 with 4.3 from 309 reviews on amazon.co.uk. The comparison label is Testsieger. For this roll, 4.3 out of 5 becomes 60, 309 reviews add 15, agreeing hang and match lines add 10, tear comments subtract 8, and the coverage field of 52459.88 subtracts 5. That is 72. It is a listing score, not a lab result.
Which roll is the best value, and why not the cheapest?
The Sherwood stripe is the best value at about £8.33 with 4.5 from 307 reviews and a score of 67. The comparison label is Preis-Leistungs-Tipp. Sophie Laurence at about £7.95 scores 55 because it has one review. Best value means the highest score under £9 with at least 80 reviews. Sherwood is cheaper than Kinver and has 307 reviews against 84.
Why is a 5.0 from one review not the winner?
Sophie Laurence RD8122 shows 5.0 from one review. The score treats fewer than 20 reviews as a small sample and subtracts, so one comment cannot outrank rolls with hundreds of reviews. At about £7.95 it is the lowest shelf price, and the unit count of 1 m² does not match 10 m by 0.53 m.
Sherwood has more stars than Pure White. Why is it not the top pick?
Sherwood is 4.5 from 307 reviews and Pure White is 4.3 from 309. Pure White's hang lines and match lines agree, which adds to the score. Sherwood's application field says peel and stick while the bullets do not, which subtracts. Both have stored reviews that mention ripping when wet. The result is 72 against 67.
Who should skip Pure White?
Skip Superfresco Pure White if a wet tear would ruin the length, because several of the 309 reviews say the sheet rips when wet. Skip it if you do not want a 32 cm straight match on a first room. The material field says paper and a bullet says expanded vinyl. The coverage figure of 52459.88 is not a usable yield for a 52 cm by 10 m roll.
Do the badges mean a lab test?
No. Testsieger and Preis-Leistungs-Tipp are labels on this comparison. Testsieger marks the highest score, Pure White at 72, and in the text that roll is the top pick. Preis-Leistungs-Tipp marks the best value under the price and review rule, which is the Sherwood stripe. The score uses amazon.co.uk stars, review counts and listing agreement. Nobody painted these seven rolls in a lab.
Is the wood slat a better top pick because the size figures agree?
No. The Superfresco wood slat has agreeing size figures, at 10 m by 52 cm and 5.2 m², and it scores 69, second on this shelf. Several reviews say it rips, including between the slats, and that raised areas dent. It is the dearest roll, at about £12.49, with 4.2 from 122 reviews. Buy it for the panelled look, not as a replacement top pick.
