Updated: 23 October 2026

You want the best 2 burner gas BBQ for a Saturday on a small patio, and round-ups keep offering a three-burner or a four-burner that is not on this shelf. Best here is a fit inside seven amazon.co.uk listings, not a winner for the whole of Britain. The snapshot is 19 October 2026, and the shelf runs from about £89.99 to about £224.99. Every row is on the [2 burner gas BBQ comparison](/hub/grills-and-barbecues/2-burner-gas-bbq). The Products Compared editorial team matched roles to those listings and their review notes. What best can mean here

Best means the listing whose stated job matches yours and whose amazon.co.uk evidence is thick enough to read. It does not mean the highest kilowatt claim, and it does not mean 5.0 from a single review. Which? describes a two-burner as a common size for about four to six people. That is context for the category, not a serving count for a 1,287 cm² grate. The top pick is the silver CosmoGrill tabletop: 4.6 from 121 ratings, UK-marked written reviews, and a propane hose in the box, at about £119.99. The best-value mark on the BROILUCK at about £89.99 is only the lowest price that still clears the score floor. The five checks are on the 2 burner gas BBQ buying guide.

Tabletop, if you will lift it

The silver CosmoGrill is the tabletop when you will lift about 10 kg and the hose is already in the carton. Two burners are stated at 2.2 kW each, 4.4 kW together, over 1,287 cm², in a body about 45 × 45 × 34 cm. UK reviews often say the loose parts take minutes and that the area suits a couple or a small family. The material field says stainless steel. One UK review says the sides are powder-coated and that most, not all, of the body is stainless. Grease can sit in the body, not only in the tray. One reviewer called the lid gauge inaccurate and the pipe very short. The onlyfire tabletop states 4.7 kW, with an 18 by 14 inch bullet grate and a field that says 252 square metres. Ignore that field. A hose is not listed.

Trolley or a side hob

Choose the Campingaz Xpert 100 L at about £124.99 when you want wheels, a lid, and folding side tables, and you will buy the hose yourself. It is stated at 7.1 kW, with a chromed grate of 45 × 34 cm and 4.2 from 205 ratings. The included line says lid only. The side-burner count says 2, and the bullets describe tables, so this is not a confirmed side hob. None of the 50 written reviews in the file is marked United Kingdom. Use the star line. The Xpert 200 LS Plus at about £224.99 states a side burner at 2.1 kW and lava stones, at 27 kg. The bullets say 8.2 kW and a 54 × 34 cm grate. The wattage field says 2,200 W and the area field says 710 cm². Quote the bullets. A side hob is not a third zone on the grate.

Listings you cannot rank yet

The Modern Group folding two-burner at about £144.99 names garden, camping, and caravan, weighs 13 kg, and lists a propane regulator. It has no star line, no wattage, and no cooking area. A caravan in the title is not permission to light it indoors. It cannot be ranked against the silver CosmoGrill. If the meal needs food off the flame at the same time, a side ring does not make any of these seven a three-burner. That case is 2 burner vs 3 burner gas BBQ. If the fit is a tabletop with a hose, the silver CosmoGrill is the one this set can support.

Common questions

Is the cheapest one a false economy?
It can be. The BROILUCK is about £89.99 and carries the best-value mark only as the lowest price that still scores 50. UK reviews report ignition faults, screws that do not fit, and a hose you buy separately. The 7,000 cm² field is not a real grate on a 50 × 105 cm body. If you want the hose in the carton, the silver CosmoGrill is the clearer spend.
What if there is only one review?
Treat it as one person's note. The black CosmoGrill is about £129.99, with a weatherproof cover and a propane hose. One field says 4 kW and another says 4.4 kW. The star line is 5.0 from 1 UK rating, and that review names no fault. A sample of one does not tie the silver listing's 121 ratings. Pay the extra only when the cover is the point.
Which one has a side burner?
The Xpert 200 LS Plus states one side burner at 2.1 kW. The BROILUCK states a 2+1 layout. The Xpert 100 L's count of 2 conflicts with bullets that describe folding side tables, so do not buy that trolley for a hob. A saucepan ring heats a pan beside the grate. It does not add a third grilling zone.
Why is a £499 Weber not in the table?
Weber's GB page lists a Spirit E-210 two-burner at £499 including VAT. That product is not in this comparison, and an older price quoted elsewhere is not reused. This table is the seven amazon.co.uk listings kept here, from about £89.99 to about £224.99. A different shop stays outside this table.
Who should skip a 27 kg trolley?
Anyone who will lift the barbecue into a car or up steps, and anyone who needs the cylinder hidden on the shelf. One UK review of the Xpert 200 says a standard butane bottle does not fit between the shelf and the pan, so the bottle stays in view. A tabletop at about 10 kg is the other shape in this set.
