Kränzle pressure washer buying guide

Updated: 21.10.2026

You are about to spend somewhere between £531.95 and £1,246.83 on a corded Kränzle from amazon.co.uk, and the eight listings do not describe the same machine. This Kränzle pressure washer buying guide puts the decision in order: house series or compact HD, then litres per hour, then whether the page in front of you is complete enough to trust. The [Kränzle pressure washer comparison](/hub/compressors/kraenzle-pressure-washer) holds the eight-row table, with shelf prices taken on 19 October 2026. Products Compared compared those listings and the maker’s public tables. We did not run a lab test. House series or compact HD

Kränzle’s UK stockists split the range into home machines and compact professional machines. The home names are the K 1050 P, the K 1050 TST with a hose reel, and the Quickly. The compact names on amazon.co.uk are K7/122 and K10/122, which Kränzle also sells as the HD 7/122 and the HD 10/122. A K7/122 and an HD 7/122 are the same class under two labels. The K 1050 P, at £531.95, states 130 bar, 7.5 litres a minute, an 8 m hose and 22.6 kg. The K 1050 TST, at £765, states 450 litres an hour and a 12 m hose on a reel at 28.7 kg. The Quickly at £750 is too thin to rank. Move to a compact HD when the session is longer than a Sunday car wash, or when you need the suction height Kränzle UK publishes for the HD 7/122. Those four listings run from £780 to £853.

Flow against the tap

Litres per hour decide how quickly a large surface moves, once the pressure is in the same band. The Quickly’s manufacturer page is 380 litres an hour, though the amazon listing does not say so. The K 1050 cards are 7.5 litres a minute, which is 450 litres an hour. The HD 7/122 class is 420 litres an hour. The HD 10/122 class is 600 litres an hour, about 10 litres a minute. If your outside tap cannot beat the machine’s own output in a one-minute bucket, the higher number is a problem, not a benefit. The guide to running a Kränzle on a 13 A supply is where the fuse sits.

Total Stop and the hose

Total Stop is a real feature only when the title or the model sheet says so. In this set the K10/122 TS at £820 and the K7/122 TS at £853 put it in the title. The K10/122 at £780, the K7/122 at £799.90, the K 1050 P, and the K 1050 TST do not. TS on the K 1152 title is not a substitute for a pressure figure. The K 1050 P states 8 m and no reel. The K 1050 TST states 12 m and a reel. The compact HD listings state 10 m and do not mention a reel. A reel is worth the money when you put the machine away every time and you will lift 28.7 kg. The K 1050 versus HD 122 comparison stays on that fork.

What the listing must show

A complete card states pressure, flow, hose length, and a weight you can believe. The K 1050 P does that. The K10/122 TS states flow, pressure, hose, and Total Stop, and it does not state a weight. One owner wrote in February 2025 that it had been in heavy-duty use for two years. The Quickly, part 497500, at £750, prints 20 g and gives no pressure, flow, or hose. The K 1152 TS T, part 412182, at £1,246.83, states 32.5 kg and a 10 m hose and leaves pressure and flow blank. Other K 1152 catalogue orders are a different part number, so their 12 A and 600 litres an hour stay off that card.

Common questions

Is the K 1050 enough for a house, or do I need an HD?
For cars, a patio, and occasional weekends, the K 1050 P at £531.95 is the complete house portable, with 7.5 litres a minute and an 8 m hose. Step up to an HD 10/122 class machine for about 10 litres a minute, and to an HD 7/122 for the published 1.5 m suction or a slower motor.
What does TS mean, and does every Kränzle have it?
TS means Total Stop on the models whose title or sheet says so. Here that is the K10/122 TS and the K7/122 TS. The K 1050 P, the K 1050 TST, the non-TS K7/122, and the non-TS K10/122 do not put Total Stop in the title. Do not assume the motor cuts out when you release the trigger unless that card says it.
Is 130 bar better than the HD’s pressure figure?
The K 1050 listings state 130 bar working, with 160 bar as a maximum in the bullets. The HD listings print 1960 psi, and the HD 7/122 TS sheet describes 30 to 120 bar working and 135 bar peak. Treat 1960 psi as the peak, which is about 135 bar, and choose on flow and current instead.
Why is the Quickly £750 if the page has no pressure?
The amazon.co.uk Quickly card, part 497500, omits pressure, flow, and hose length, and it prints 20 g as the weight. £750 is the shelf price of a thin page, not a confirmed specification. The manufacturer’s Quickly figures are real on Kränzle’s own site, and they are not printed on this listing, so they should not decide the purchase.
Does the machine come with a UK plug?
Kränzle UK says the HD 7/122 lead sold for the UK has a moulded 3-pin plug. Confirm the plug on any other listing before you pay. UK mains are 230 V, and a Schuko-only plug is a fitting problem on a British socket.
