Kärcher wash brush buying guide

Updated: 21.10.2026

You already own the washer, and the head is the part that decides whether the job is a shutter, a grille, a car or a dog. This Kärcher wash brush buying guide starts with the lock on your gun, then the surface, and only then the price. A K 2 to K 7 bayonet is not an OC 3, and a 4000 PSI quick-connect listing is not the British rotating brush. The four amazon.co.uk rows, with stars and shelf prices, are on the [Kärcher washing brush comparison](/hub/compressors/kaercher-washing-brush). Products Compared editorial team, 19 October 2026: listings and Kärcher GB pages, no scratch test.

Which machine you already own

The first split is the machine. Kärcher’s GB pages for the WB 60, the narrow rigid brush and the WB 130 all limit those heads to Kärcher classes K 2 to K 7. That is a bayonet or, on the WB 60 sold as 2.643-233.0, a union nut. The pet wash brush, order 2.644-421.0, is named for the OC 3 Foldable and the OC 4 MJ. A UK review uses an OC 3. If your washer is a K 4, that review is not your fit.

Fixed, 3-in-1, or rotating

On a K 2 to K 7, the type follows the surface. The narrow rigid wash brush, order 6.903-276.0, is about 0.2 kg and meant for awkward gaps. The WB 60 is the wide soft head: 248 mm, a protector ring and a rubber pad, about 0.3 kg, and no soap tank on the Amazon listing. The WB 7 Plus, order 2.644-374.0, combines foam, a flat spray and a soft brush on a lever, about 0.8 kg. The UK rotating head is the WB 130, 2.644-286.0, or the car-and-bike 2.644-287.0. It is not in this Amazon set.

The pet brush is a different system

The pet brush does not join the K-series decision. At £13.49, with 4.6 from 27 ratings, the price only makes sense on the machine Kärcher names. A UK review uses it on an OC 3 because the open spray frightens the dog, and says the studs feel hard on legs. Do not clip it to a K 5. Kärcher compares the output to a tap.

What to do with a quick-connect listing

B01BMB3XSG looks, at £35.98, like a rotating Kärcher near the WB 130’s shop price. The listing is a different product: gas machines, a 1/4 inch quick-connect, and adapters that reviews say do not always seat. Use that Amazon row as a warning, not as the rotating pick. Wide work points to the WB 60. Foam and a fan on one head point to the WB 7 Plus. A dog on an OC 3 points to 2.644-421.0. The best Kärcher washing brush page names one pick per job, and WB 60 vs WB 7 Plus stays on those two heads.

Common questions

Does a Kärcher wash brush fit every K 2 to K 7?
The heads Kärcher specifies for that range do, and the ones it does not specify do not. The WB 60, the WB 7 Plus, the rigid brush and the WB 130 are written for K 2 to K 7 on the GB pages. The pet brush is written for the OC 3 Foldable and the OC 4 MJ. A quick-connect listing that says gas machines up to 4000 PSI is outside that promise, even if the title says Kärcher.
When is the WB 130 the right buy instead of a fixed head?
Choose it when you want a water-driven pad on a K 2 to K 7 and you can buy the UK order number, 2.644-286.0 or the car-and-bike 2.644-287.0. Kärcher’s GB shop showed £36.49 on 19 October 2026. A fixed WB 60 is the better buy when you want 248 mm of soft bristle and you do not need the pad to spin. Neither choice is proved scratch-free. That claim is not in a lab test.
Should I trust a 4000 PSI quick-connect brush?
Not as a stand-in for a UK K 2 to K 7 bayonet. ASIN B01BMB3XSG claims adapters, sits at 3.6 from 152 ratings, and has no United Kingdom review in the captured file. One review says it did not fit a K 4. If the lance in your hand is a British Kärcher bayonet, buy the part whose GB page names K 2 to K 7.
Can I run a WB 60 from a garden hose?
Kärcher’s GB hose-adapter page lists the WB 60 and the WB 130 among brushes that can take that adapter. The adapter is not in the brush box, so the Amazon WB 60 at £17.94 does not include it. Without the adapter, the head still expects the K 2 to K 7 gun it was specified for. Hose pressure is also a different wash from a pressure-washer jet, which matters on paint.
What should I ignore when the title says brush?
Ignore a surface cleaner, a sweeper brush and a steam nozzle if you came for bristles on the gun. Ignore a quick-connect universal head if you cannot match it to your lance. Ignore the pet brush if the machine is a K 2 to K 7. The comparison table is only the four kept ASINs. The right head for you may be the rigid brush or the WB 130, which are sold as UK parts outside that table.
