Best Stiga lawn mower: which listing to open first

Updated: October 2026

Eight STIGA listings sit on amazon.co.uk, and six have no star line. The best Stiga lawn mower here is one robot listing and one push listing, each with a reason to skip it. This page says which row to open, and why a larger stated area is not a better cut. Prices stay on the [Stiga lawn mower comparison](/hub/lawn-and-garden-equipment/stiga-lawn-mower). What best can mean in this set

A top pick is the listing whose printed facts match the lawn you named. A best value is the lowest price that still does that job. A larger stated area is not automatically the better buy. The under 59 dB(A) line, and Quiet Mark on a STIGA page, are the maker’s. Neither was measured for this comparison. The area if-then is on the Stiga lawn mower buying guide. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 still applies to a faulty machine.

Top pick when you want a robot

If the lawn sits inside 600 m², and you need 45% and an 18 cm cut in print, open the A 6v, B0GMRG221S, at about £949. The title puts 2 Ah on that row. The bullets describe an AI camera and GPS, no cable, 50 no-go zones, daily mulching, and three years of STIGA.GO. STIGA’s UK A 6v page also says 145 m² per charge. That per-charge line is the maker’s, it was not measured here, and it is not the 600 m² ceiling. Skip it if you need reviews: this ASIN has no star line. Skip it if you need the charging base confirmed, because the listing leaves that blank. Skip it if the grass is often left long. Whether you should walk at all is on robot mower or cordless push mower.

Best value when you will push

If you will push a small flat patch, the best value is the 136e Kit, B09RTJB972, at about £199. You get 34 cm, 25–75 mm in six positions, two 2 Ah batteries, a dual charger, a 35 L bag, and up to 300 m², at 4.4 from 264 reviews. UK comments call it light beside a cabled hover mower and adequate on a small flat patch. The 132e is about £179, only £20 less, and it is not the listing to open first. Spend the £20 unless the lawn is genuinely inside 150 m². Reviewers say the 136e charge finished early, and one UK review says the height spring jumped a tooth on uneven ground.

Listings that are not the pick

The cover A 15v, B0H6GS6NMY, at about £1,466.38, is a plastic cover and up to 50 no-go zones, with no 5 Ah and no slope percent. The A 10v with a cover, at about £1,299.34, states 1,000 m² and 20–60 mm, and still omits the station, the width, and a percent. The A 8v at about £1,299 prints 800 m², 45%, and electric height in seven positions, leaves the battery blank, and has no reviews. Open the A 8v when 800 m² is the ceiling you need.

Common questions

Which listing is the top pick if my lawn is under 600 m²?
If you want a robot, and you need 18 cm, 2 Ah, and 45% in print, open the A 6v at about £949. If you will push a flat lawn, the top pick of the whole table is the 136e at about £199, because it has 264 reviews. Under 600 m² does not mean you must spend £949. It means the A 6v’s ceiling can cover you once you have chosen the robot.
Is the cheaper A 15v a better buy because the area is larger?
No. B0GMRG616G states 1,500 m² at about £1,097.40 and has one UK review at 1.0, about a setup that did not finish. A bigger ceiling is not a better cut and not best value. Use it only if you have read that review and you still want this ASIN’s 5 Ah and 100 no-go zones.
Is the 136e the best value, or the 132e at about £179?
The 136e, if you will push. It costs £20 more and it has the height range, the two-battery kit, and the reviews. The 132e is the lower shelf price for a lawn inside 150 m², with no reviews and no millimetre height. For a small lawn you might actually walk, the £199 kit is the better spend.
Does the A 6v include 3 years or 10 years of connectivity?
Amazon listing B0GMRG221S says three years. STIGA’s site family has a 10-year line for Vista models. They disagree. Buy against the figure on the ASIN in your basket, and do not merge the two sentences into one promise.
Who should not buy a robot at all?
Anyone who wants the grass in a box, who leaves the lawn long, or who has no suitable supply for a charging base. In this set that is a decision between about £179 and about £199, not about £949. When not to buy a robot mower sets out the cases that fail before you reach a model.
Why is the A 4 not the pick for a 250 m² lawn?
It can cover 250 m² on a 400 m² ceiling, and about £999 is close to the A 6v. It prints no width and no slope, and the height line contradicts itself: 20–60 mm and also one position. On a flat 250 m² lawn the 136e still does the push job. The A 4 is rational when you want that RTK listing and you have accepted the blanks.
