UK Drills prints a reinforced-concrete line and 4 cutting edges on the bullets. The spec says 2 spiral flutes. Four edges and two flutes can be the same bit. They are not four flutes, and the line is not a rebar warranty. Keewaki B0GVMJM9HP, at £17.99, highlights a 4-cutter cross tip, states no flute count, and does not state PGM.
Bosch's GB page for the PRO SDS max-4 says the 4-cutter head does not jam or break when you hit rebar, and that it lasts up to 1.5 times a Bosch SDS max-2. An 18 mm bit on that page, 200 mm working and 340 mm total, is £40.77. That sentence is Bosch's, not a result for UK Drills or Keewaki.
What the reviews say when steel shows up
The shared UK Drills reviews include a tip that broke after two holes, described as not very good on reinforced concrete, and a tip that broke off after one concrete hole. The same text sits on all four ASINs, so the fault is not pinned to one diameter. An 18 mm shear is in that pool. Keewaki's 4.8 from 53 is a US file about other sizes. One reviewer did not hit rebar. Anchors need a marked bit, not a bullet
PGM is valid when the mark carries a manufacturer name or code. A bare stamp is not valid. Drill bits do not take a CE mark, and ISO 5468 does not cover SDS hammer bits. None of these five listings states PGM. Milwaukee's UK MX4 page claims PGM on that range. Those sentences do not transfer here.
