Swords of 57.5 cm and 60 cm are for wide grills and mince, and they miss a domestic oven. CAKKVDE’s 20 cm twenty-pack, about £9.99, is the short end. Homealexa is about 38 cm. Handle, steel, and the wash line

Steel is whatever the bullets print: 304 on Homealexa and GZLANYA, 410 on the IMEEA 40 cm six-pack, and unnumbered stainless everywhere else. That silence is not 304. Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004 is not a grade certificate. Wash a new set, then dry the blades.

How many, and where the points live

Six pieces cover a household meal. Twelve to twenty cover a party. Homealexa is twenty at about £12.34. CAKKVDE is about £9.99 at 20 cm and about £15.99 at 40 cm. Points belong under a cover. Homealexa reviewers report cuts, including through the bag. The IMEEA 42 cm set includes six silicone tips. Business Companion does not age-restrict the sale. What length do I need for a kettle?
A UK seller rule of thumb is about 30 cm for a typical kettle, and about 38–42 cm when the handle should sit outside the lid. Smoke & Soil uses 30 cm and 40 cm in that spirit. Homealexa is about 38 cm. The IMEEA and Hawdows sets are 40–42 cm. Is 20 cm only for an air fryer?
It is the class aimed at air fryers and small cavities, about 20–25 cm on shop pages such as pasta.kitchen. CAKKVDE’s 20 cm texts also name an oven, a small barbecue, and an indoor electric grill, and they call 20 cm short for a larger barbecue. Measure the basket. One review puts the food length at about 17 cm once the hook is counted.
Do I need 304, or is stainless enough?
You need the grade the listing prints. Homealexa and GZLANYA print 304. The IMEEA 40 cm six-pack prints 410. The rest say stainless with no number, and that is not 304. Neither grade stays bright if you bag wet steel. There is no separate FSA steel-skewer licence in the authorisation guidance.
Should the handle be wood?
Wood is kinder only while it stays off the coals. Hawdows has a UK review of a burnt handle on the first barbecue. The IMEEA 42 cm set has UK reviews of handles that separated or a collar that came off in water. A metal ring or an open hook gets hot. JD’s wide blades have no cool grip at all.
Which sets say dishwasher, and which forbid it?
Homealexa, the IMEEA 410 six-pack, both CAKKVDE listings, and iulrtba say dishwasher safe. JD Europe says do not use a dishwasher. Hawdows says hand wash. GZLANYA’s highlight says yes and the bullets say warm soapy water. The IMEEA wooden set, Qeelin, and munloo do not print a yes. Dry every set afterwards.
How many skewers are enough for six people?
