800 mm tile cutter buying guide

Updated: October 2026

The tiles are already stacked in the hall, and the amazon.co.uk title says 800 mm. You need the straight cut those tiles require, and you need to know whether that 800 is millimetres of travel or kilograms of breaker force on a different machine. This 800 mm tile cutter buying guide follows one order: the longest straight score, the diagonal, the thickness the listing prints, then the price on 15 October 2026. The four beds, with shelf prices, are in the [800 mm tile cutter comparison](/hub/cutting-tools/tile-cutter-800mm). The Products Compared editorial team read those amazon.co.uk pages and did not cut a tile in a lab.

800 mm is a length, until a maker says kilograms

On these four listings, 800 is a length claim. TOPWAY prints 800 mm and a 107.5 cm carton. ROJOO prints 800 mm and a 108 cm carton. YATO YT-3708 puts 800 MM in the title and does not print package dimensions. CGOLDENWALL's bullet says cutting widths of 0-800 mm, the model line says Coupe-Carreaux Manuel 20-1000mm, and the package starts at 63 cm. A carton that short cannot confirm an 800 mm bed. Kilograms belong on trade machines. Pro Tiler Tools lists a Bihui C-Lion 800 mm at £349.19 including VAT, with an 800 kg breaking force and a published diagonal of 560 x 560 mm. None of these four prints a breaking force.

Side, then diagonal

The side of a 600 x 600 mm tile is 600 mm, so an 800 mm score has length to spare on that straight cut. The diagonal of the same square is about 849 mm. A corner-to-corner score does not fit unless the maker publishes longer travel. TileFlow's UK guide uses a rule of thumb: add about 10 cm to the largest tile you will cut. On an 800 mm bed that leaves a comfortable straight cut near 700 mm. A 1,200 mm plank needs a longer machine. The rule is from a UK seller's article, not a figure printed on these four pages.

What these four listings print

Keep length, carton, and thickness as three separate cells. TOPWAY's technical block does not state a thickness. A spare wheel is pointed at ASIN B07P6FFL25. CGOLDENWALL's bullet says 0-15 mm beside a carton that does not confirm the length. The file holds one UK review, and it gives no tile size. YATO's dump does not state a thickness or a carton. The only angle figure is a comb of 0-45°. The maker's page says 16 mm, and that page is not the amazon.co.uk dump. ROJOO's bullet says 6-15 mm. The title ends R2823T80, while the model number is R2823T080, and the listing does not name a spare-wheel ASIN.

Price bands on 15 October 2026

These four shelf prices run from £84.99 to £149.00 on 15 October 2026. That is the range inside this comparison, not a claim about the cheapest 800 mm cutter in the UK. Named trade beds sat nearer £250 to £350. Price does not repair a short carton. If you want a job-by-job match after this order, use the best 800 mm tile cutter page rather than sorting the four by stars.

When this order is enough

If the straight edge sits near 700 mm, the carton is at least about 100 cm, and a thickness is printed, you can compare the two long-carton rows. If the diagonal of a 600 mm square is the cut you need, or the plank is already 1,200 mm, this bed is short. If the carton starts at 63 cm, measure the rail before you plan the floor.

Common questions

Is 800 mm the cutting length or the breaker force?
On these four amazon.co.uk listings, 800 mm is a length claim. None of the dumps prints a breaking force in kilograms. The Bihui C-Lion at Pro Tiler Tools, outside this set, lists 800 kg of breaking force and a 560 x 560 mm diagonal, at £349.19 including VAT. Millimetres are travel. Kilograms are force.
Will an 800 mm bed cut a 600 x 600 mm tile on the diagonal?
The side of a 600 x 600 mm tile is 600 mm, so a straight score can fit an 800 mm bed. The diagonal is about 849 mm, which is longer than 800 mm. TileFlow's rule of thumb adds about 10 cm to the largest tile, which puts a comfortable straight cut near 700 mm. Measure your own diagonal if the layout needs a corner-to-corner line.
How do I read the CGOLDENWALL 63 cm carton against the 0-800 mm bullet?
The bullet says cutting widths of 0-800 mm. The model line says Coupe-Carreaux Manuel 20-1000mm. The package dimensions start at 63 cm. A carton shorter than the claimed bed does not confirm an 800 mm cutter. Measure the rail on arrival before you plan a 600 mm floor around it.
Why is a review that mentions a 1,200 mm tile not proof of 1,200 mm of travel?
The review describes the tile that person cut. TOPWAY's size line says 800 mm, and the carton is 107.5 cm. ROJOO's bullet says a maximum of 800 mm, and the carton is 108 cm. A longer tile in a review does not rewrite those lines. A 1,200 mm straight edge needs a longer bed.
Where do these four prices sit against a trade 800 mm bed?
On 15 October 2026 the four listings ran from £84.99 to £149.00. Named trade beds sat nearer £250 to £350, including a Bihui C-Lion at £349.19 including VAT. BuildWiz puts professional manual cutters roughly between £250 and £950. Tiles Direct printed both £55.00 and £45.83, including and excluding VAT. None of this makes one of the four the cheapest cutter in the UK.
